As part of the Reeds Rains Estate Agents family, excellent customer service delivery is of optimum importance to our business. The reliability and functionality of our phones and phone system is key to us delivering the service we want for our customers.
We have been a customer of Global 4 since 2010 when they supplied our old telephone system, which had always been very reliable. Our account manager had been in touch to talk through the benefits of updating our phone system and even explained our bill wouldn’t increase by changing to the new system. Whilst I understood the benefits we were managing with our old system and as we were going through a particularly busy time we decided to stay as we were.
The Solution Provided
Fast forward to February 2020 and we started getting an issue with our voicemail service. I contacted my account manager who suggested that we look again at updating. After a demonstration of their 8×8 Hosted telephone system I decided now was the time to change our system. The timing could not have been better. During the Covid19 countrywide lock down we were able to work easily from home using our new system without any disruption.
I have to say any concerns about disruption to the business when having our new system installed were quickly diminished. The installation was seamless and the engineer that completed our installation could not have been more helpful.
