Spend Caps and Notifications
You have the flexibility to add or remove caps and restrictions at your convenience through our customer portal. Simply access the portal and make the necessary adjustments as required.
Alternatively, you can contact your Account Manager via call or email, and they will be able to assist you in implementing and managing the changes. When any modifications are made, they will be promptly logged onto your account, and a unique reference number will be assigned to each request.
Porting and Migrations
For all our solutions, we offer the option to either provide new SIM cards or facilitate a seamless migration of your existing SIM cards. When you choose to migrate your numbers to our new solution, we prioritise a smooth transition
Our dedicated team manages the entire journey from project initiation to completion. You will receive a comprehensive migration plan that outlines all the necessary information, including the scheduled transfer dates for each number. While most transfers are typically completed on the same day, larger projects may require a spread-out transfer process over a few days.

Furthermore, the portal plays a crucial role in streamlining your billing processes. You can easily access and download your latest and past bills, as well as obtain comprehensive usage reports for detailed breakdowns.
Our portal provides access to comprehensive information to empower clients to gain insight about usage. These valuable insights include; data usages, call usages, and user overspending on a monthly basis.
