The problem astudio faced

We are a team of award-winning team of architects with offices in Central London and Portugal. Earlier this year we received notice that our London offices were up for development and a move was on the cards. We had an ailing on-premise telephone system that wasn’t really giving us the flexibility we needed.

We contacted Global 4 to see what they could offer and were impressed with their proposal they put forward, as well as their track record for delivering similar solutions.

The Results

Global 4 were able to seamlessly deliver our new telephone system a lot quicker than planned. As our move coincided with the UK lock down to combat Covid 19 our install became critical. All our team are now able to work like they would in the office, but from home. They have complete visibility of their colleagues and are we are making the most of integrated video conferencing.

All the team at Global 4 have been a pleasure to work with. Our account manager has been a constant throughout our installation as has the engineer assigned to our installation. Our install was surprisingly seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Global 4 Communications.
