Update: We are currently experiencing a nationwide issue with broadband connections.

The issue seems to be router related and can be corrected by resetting your router.

If you have a Technicolour router then please use a paperclip, or another pointed object, hold the reset button on the back of your technicolour router, hold it in for 15 seconds. Once this have been reset, your router will attempt to re-establish a connection online.

This can take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes to reconnect to the internet.
