Since 2003 we have been leading the way in Enfield with our exceptional team of consultants helping literally thousands of people to buy, sell, rent or let their homes. As with many businesses, the forefront of our communication to our customers is via a phone call. We were looking to review our services and turned to Global 4 communications for a modern solution.

The Solution Provided

Global 4 Communications has a proven track record of working with many of the market leading estate agents, so it only seemed right to move the management of my telecoms to them. One of my biggest priories was to ensure that my Reapit software would be able to communicate with the updated system and was pleased to hear that this would be no problem.

Global 4 spent plenty of time communication with me to fully understand my needs and proposed the upgrade to the industry leading 8×8 system along with an extremely competitive proposal. Following the enforcement of lockdown by the government, we were forced to put the installation on hold for the time being.

The Results

Global 4 worked hard throughout the lockdown and kept me me updated which means I can hit the ground running with the new system soon after I am able to reopen the business.
