We are delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Brent as Global 4 Finance Director.
Michael will help take the company to the next level of growth through transforming its financial mechanisms, with the aim of improving customer service, acquisition and retention.
He is one of those few qualified accountants with an MBA, all of which he has achieved in his free time outside of work. This rare combination gives him strong technical knowledge of both the financial and strategic running of a business. Michael also has key analytical skills and a proven track record of financial transformation within numerous sectors, including SMEs and charities. He joins Global 4 from Buckinghamshire Learning Trust.
“I am excited to be joining Global 4 in this period of growth,” says Michael. “I have started by spending time with the billing department, reviewing its processes and how it can be improved. Billing is an essential process and it’s important that we provide our customers with timely and accurate bills.”
Michael lives in Surrey with his partner Caroline and two children. In his spare time, he volunteers as a school governor, using his financial expertise to assist the school. Michael is a keen runner and has completed the London Marathon raising much needed funds for Bowel Cancer UK.
