Global 4 are proud to now offer its customers our new, self-sufficient, connection dashboard that allows you full access to visibility of your data connections through the Draytek ACS monitoring platform.

Utilise this service to minimise response time to outages, view bandwidth utilisation to support decision making within the business and deploy estate-wide policy changes centrally in just a few clicks.

So what's included?

  • Global 4 will create your own tenant within the ACS platform and apply your chosen connections*
  • Global 4 will give you your own login credentials and allow you to view your estate.
  • We will provide you with a helpful video guide on how to navigate the platform and better-understand its facilities.
  • We will apply your designated e-mail address to be the recipient of connection alerts.
  • We will apply the site address against each connection so that they appear on the Map Overview.
  • Endpoint Replacement – Should one of your endpoints fail during the initial term we will replace this for you at no cost**.

*This applies to connections with a suitable Draytek router. If this was externally supplied; we offer no guarantees that we will be able to import it into the platform.

**A maximum of two routers per site will be supplied within any twelve-month period. Should the original make & model be unavailable or end of life we will supply an alternative of a similar specification.

Priced from just £5.00 per endpoint per month, the connection monitoring service offered by Global 4 will place you in control of your estate.

What's not included?

  • The deployment includes the application of connections, however, does not include the setup of VPN tunneling or other features. Those available for setup will be shown in the training.
  • Global 4 will not proactively manage your connections for you, it is your responsibility to receive the alerts and we recommend that you conduct the first line basic checks (for example, cable becoming disconnected on-site) prior to reaching out to our support desk.
  • Pricing does not include the cost of the connectivity itself, which remains a separate item within your monthly invoice.
  • Site visits – Routers are configured remotely, if a site visit is required this will be chargeable in accordance with our standard call out charges.
  • Routers damaged by end-user are not covered.

The management system is maintained on a best-endeavours SLA. Our support desk hours remain the same and Global 4 will take all reasonable measures available to maximise the up time of the system for you and our other customers.
