Accounts Department

Customer Service Help Desk
With 24/7 support 365 days a year, Global 4 is renowned for customer serviced from installation through to on-going account management. Our UK based dedicated Customer Service Help Desk team combines expert telephony advice with first rate customer service. This team is passionate about customer service.
Service Team
Our technical team are based all around the UK to ensure we are never more than 90 minutes away in case of an emergency. Our average customer fault resolution time is just 3 hrs & 36 minutes and the installation of new systems can be guaranteed witin 4 working days. Headed up by Rob Whyte-Venables, the Service Team at Global 4 is dedicated to customer satisfaction and are leading experts in their field.
Telesales Team
Our telemarketing success is based on a tried and tested approach that has led to the prestigious client base we have today. Headed up by Jenny Fright the Administrative Director, join our team of friendly and experienced telesales staff and find out why no day is ever the same at Global 4!
