The challenge
When Global 4 took over the services for CPI TMD Technologies, the business faced a major challenge that had been holding it back for some time.
Its communications infrastructure was still reliant on legacy ISDN lines, technology that not only carried significant operational risks but also limited its ability to modernise and innovate.
