How about Line Rentals?

As with the calls we are still using the BT lines and all the BT services. I’m sure you are aware that BT are the ones who dig up the roads and lay all the cables, except from in a few selected areas around the UK where cable operators have invested in local infrastructure. However, as statistics prove a large percentage of customers are moving back to BT from cable.

Three years ago after government intervention BT had to offer the line rental as a wholesale product for which Global 4 is an accredited reseller. Once again quantity of scale sets the pricing, allowing you the customer to benefit. Global 4 are responsible for over 10 million pounds of call and line traffic per annum.

To put any reservations to one side the lines are still BT’s, their engineers still maintain them and all the BT services still apply. The difference is that you can ring Global 4 at any time and speak to your account manager. Out of hours there will be a duty manager 364 days a year, 24/7. Our company terminals are linked onto the BT gateway where we will log the call instantly and update you regularly on BT’s activities by phone, email or text messaging, should you prefer.
