Connells seven years with Global 4

With 165 Branches throughout the midlands, and the south of England. Connells appointed Global 4 to look after their telephony requirements in the year 2000.

Since then they have dramatically reduced their telephony costs by installing over 150 NEC small business solutions using ISDN lines. By introducing the Global 4 call costs program they have reduced their telecom outgoings by 40% whilst improving communication throughout the group.

Installations have included not only at the high street branches but head offices in Leighton Buzzard, Norwich and Scotland including several very large call centres.
