What about Line Rentals?
As with the calls we are still using the same lines and all the same services. Openreach are the ones who dig up the roads and lay all the cables, except from in a few selected areas around the UK, where cable operators have invested in local infrastructure. Although statistics show a large percentage of customers are moving back to traditional telecoms providers from cable.
A few years ago after government intervention, line rental had to be offered as a wholesale product which Global 4 are able to supply. The lines are still the same, their engineers still maintain them and all the services still apply. Our company terminals are linked onto the network gateway where we will log the call instantly and update you regularly on Openreach activities by phone, email or text messaging, should you prefer.

To allow for Inbound Call Tracking for our customers, all new lines will levy a charge of £0.05 per line per month to allow collection data from BT. This can be cancelled at the customers request.
