Aspire Softphone

The Aspire Softphone is a business phone, that works on a Personal Computer.

It enables various telephony functions using a VoIP network connecting to the Aspire Telephone Systems. Allowing the user to capitalise on the advantages of a converged voice and data network whether they are in the office or on the road. A fully flexible solution where you have your telephone extension where ever you go.

An ideal solution for employees who are out of the office frequently, as well as those who require the interaction of data with their work such as remote ACD agents.

Making a call from your Aspire Softphone is easy.
Rather than using a separate keystation, the Aspire Softphone allows you to make and receive calls using your PC.

The Aspire Softphone functions include not only making and receiving calls, but also placing calls on hold, internal calls and conferencing.

There are many different ways to make a simple call using the Aspire Softphone:

• Use the Keyboard
• Clicking on the Telephone Icon
• Entering a Name from the Phonebook
• Selecting an entry in the Phonebook
• Using a Dial Pattern Or Using a USB headset

As well as the basic functions you would expect, the Aspire Softphone supports various advanced functions such as:

• Make a 3rd Party Conference Call
• Send Email using the Email application with the information obtained from the Phonebook
• Make a call or add information using your Email application
  with the information obtained from the Phonebook

In addition, it provides for easy phonebook migration from other applications. This Phonebook can be either individual on your own PC or it can be used as a shared Phonebook, located on an online server, so that you can share customer information with others. Therefore, you have access to your corporate directory with a single click of your mouse.

It's not just a phone number that can be stored, the Aspire Softphone Book can store personal or shared information such as Company Name, Addresses, 2nd Contact Number, Facsimile and Email Address.

The Aspire Softphone also allows you to import and export data from the Phonebook.

The Aspire Softphone is equipped to deliver full-featured telephony to your desktop with all the capabilities and functions that you would expect from an Aspire Key Station.
