Global 4 is located in Horsham, West Sussex very close to Gatwick Airport. Led by our managing director Nigel Barnett, a renowned successful business man having started five companies from start up position. He also had the experience of being on the board of directors of a large PLC in the office equipment sector. Nigel brings over 35 years of business experience to the company that has proved time and time again to be of benefit to our clients.

Global 4 is divided into several areas, field based engineers, service help desks, accounts department, billing division and project management.

The group service director Robert Whyte-Venables has total charge for the help desks and field engineers. Whilst being an expert in his field, he is very hands on in his approach, from strategic planning of a group’s infrastructure through to over-seeing of a simple telephone system installation.

Jenny Fright the administration director, has the task of introducing new clients, over-seeing implementation of the account on the systems, with all the administration staff directly reporting to her on the day to day running of a fast growing business. Her foresight has led the company to develop the prestigious client base that we have today.

Martyn Aldridge heads the billing and project management divisions. Martyn’s appointment within the group brings in-depth industry knowledge found normally in groups the size of BT.

For the last two years Global 4 have outsourced the monthly billing of lines and calls to its clients. Over the last quarter of 2006 we have invested heavily in specialist billing software and staff to put us at the forefront of technology. Time and time again it has proved that call savings are not just about the pence per minute but the management and reporting of the call profile. The new software reports as and when the call is completed allowing instant decision by our clients on calls outside of their current profile.
